Aromatherapy Essential Oils – Cardamom
A popular ingredient for cooking, Cardamom is also a wonderful essential oil which warms the emotions and helps deal with many digestive disorders. For a warming winter blend for your aromatherapy diffuser, mix together 3 drops of Cardamom essential oil, 3 drops of Orange essential oil and 2 drops of Coriander essential oil.
