Ivy is a well known cure for cellulite because it helps to rid the body of fluid build-up and it stimulates circulation. This English Ivy body scrub is an excellent skin tonic and astringent.
- 20 fresh ivy leaves
- 2 tablespoons course-ground oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons natural yogurt
- 4 drops Lemon essential oil
Mix the first three ingredients together until you get an even consistency. Add the Lemon essential oil then mix again to a nice smooth paste.
Massage well into your skin, paying special attention to your legs, hips, buttocks and upper arms. Rinse off with water.
