After Sun Care

While too much exposure to the sun is considered bad for you, a small amount of sun exposure can do you the world of good by providing you with much needed vitamin D.

Chemical sunscreens can do more harm than good however, so it's best to avoid these and choose natural alternatives.

If you do happen to overdo it in the sun however, here a couple of very easy and natural after sun care treatments to help ease any discomfort you may be suffering from sunburn.
